Jane Stapp is the office manager and Aesthetician at North Scottsdale Plastic Surgery. She began her career in aesthetics over 28 years ago with ownership of a skin care salon which specialized in aging and problem skin. She progressed into more advanced chemical peels in 1986 after moving to the Phoenix area. Since then, she has opened and managed skin care clinics in plastic surgery practices throughout the valley. Jane continues to introduce new products and procedures in skin care as well as completing continuing education courses in aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage and hypnotherapy. She is an avid reader and spends time outside the office gardening, traveling, finding and restoring antiques; but finds the most pleasure in the company of her friends and family of three children and two grandchildren.


Kristin Smith is the front office manager and patient care coordinator. She joined our practice over 6 years ago from the customer service industry and she takes great joy in making patients feel comfortable from the initial phone call through the post-op visit. She is always available to answer questions, make appointments and schedule surgeries. It gives her great pleasure to help our patients through their surgical experiences, however, her greatest joy is spending time with her husband and two children.
